The rooms at Nai Boutique House were cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning and a seating area to relax in. The cable TV was a nice touch for some evening entertainment after a long day of exploring. The free WiFi was also a bonus for staying connected with friends and family back home. I felt really at home in the room.
The only downside I could think of was the size of the en suite bathroom. It was a bit small for my liking, but I understand that it might not be an issue for everyone.

Got adequate, large room with GOOD shower and wooden furnitures, for example. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the owner too.

Cozy interiors and friendly staff
The design of the rooms in the Thai Lanna style was very cozy. the staff were all friendly and very attentive to our needs. the location was also great, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and Thapae gate. the convenience of being close to the main attractions made it easy to explore the city. the option to order beverages directly from the hotel was a convenient and affordable alternative to having a fridge in the room.
Room size and lack of natural light. The twin room we stayed in was quite small and dark, with limited natural light coming in through the three windows.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside the old town of Chiang Mai, making it easy to explore all the attractions. It is also very close to the Sunday night bazaar, offering a great shopping experience. Additionally, guests can find basic amenities such as Boots or a spa place within a short walk from the hotel.
The rooms may be on the smaller side, especially for taller individuals, as mentioned in some reviews.

Enjoyed a peaceful neighborhood with terrace views, rented bicycles, and special cocktails from the bar. The 24-hour front desk was helpful. Cultural attractions nearby.
Who needs direct sunlight when you have noisy water pumps, chatty staff, and a serenading neighbor dog? Just lovely.
